Job Title: General Manager, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at TUMAINI GROUP CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The General Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the sales team is competitive and effective
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the catering industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
