Job Title: General Manager, HBO

At Reliance, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our HBO division. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales, service, and installation professionals
  • Monitor financial performance and address operational concerns
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive profitable growth
  • Foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive general management or sales experience
  • Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to strategic planning
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and operational knowledge
  • Excellent leadership, training, and motivation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes
