Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At SPARKLEX TECHNOLOGIES INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be a team player with flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
