Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist

As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Workforce Planning, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by developing and implementing an operational and strategic workforce planning framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a workforce planning framework that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
- Build relationships with business units and stakeholders to understand their workforce needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Analyze workforce and skill gaps, and develop a workforce planning action plan to address those gaps
- Establish and manage succession planning processes, including high-potential, critical role, and critical knowledge assessments
- Work with People Insights & Analytics and the business to develop predictive modeling to create scenarios or forecasting models to help the organization make fact-based talent planning decisions
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in P&C Business Partnering, combined with a solid understanding/experience working with people workforce data and insights
- Demonstrated application of best practices in the full range of workforce planning activities
- Proven ability to develop technical documentation and explain complex information in an effective manner
- Proven experience in influencing and helping business stakeholders to frame their business problems
