Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Workforce Planning to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an operational and strategic workforce planning framework. You will work closely with business units and stakeholders to analyze workforce and skill gaps, and develop recommendations to address these gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze relevant data to forecast workforce needs and conduct assessments to ensure BCLC has the resources it needs to deliver on organizational strategies.
- Identify skill gaps within the organization and provide recommendations through the use of data analysis.
- Work with People Insights & Analytics and the business to help shape the design and development of predictive modeling to create scenarios or forecasting models to help the organization make fact-based talent planning decisions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of an operational and strategic workforce planning framework, methodologies, and processes.
- Provide workforce planning services to the business, including analyzing workforce and skill gaps, and developing a workforce planning action plan.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in P&C Business Partnering combined with a solid understanding/experience working with people workforce data and insights or related experience in previous roles involving strategic workforce planning.
- Demonstrated application of best practices in the full range of workforce planning activities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation and explain complex information in an effective manner.
- Proven ability to simplify complex sets of data to create understanding and to work with large amounts of information to provide actionable insights.
