Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other necessary items in serving areas to prepare for customer service.
  • Sanitation Duties: Regularly clean and disinfect kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Packaging: Accurately package take-out meals for customers.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap food items as required.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Waste Management: Regularly remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain cleanliness.
  • Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits for meal preparation.
