Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Indian Head Bakery. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
