Sanitation Operator at SL4 Plant

Training Requirements: On-the-job training provided

Purpose: To ensure cleanliness of the production line and adjacent areas

Training Details: Selected candidates will receive training from an experienced sanitation team member. The duration of training will be determined by the supervisor based on the new employee's adaptation to the assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the production line and other designated areas.
  • Utilize water hoses and cleaning agents (post chemical training) to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Report any safety concerns within the work environment to management.
  • Proactively seek improvements in plant sanitation practices.
  • Contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Cleaning packaging and dry storage areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness around designated break areas.
  • Wiping down all main entry points of the facility.
  • Collecting waste both inside and outside the facility.
  • Inspecting hoses for functionality.
  • Cleaning cement borders and walls.
  • Washing waste containers.
  • Scrubbing floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals (manual cleaning if equipment is unavailable).
  • Cleaning pipes, railings, and staircases.
  • Assisting with tasks assigned by other supervisors.
  • Changing chemical containers as necessary; cleaning empty containers and disposing of labels appropriately.
  • Completing scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
  • Providing support to other operators as needed.
  • Mandatory participation on designated clean-up days.
  • Carrying out assigned MDI tasks relevant to sanitation operations.
