About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing of facilities, equipment, and furniture.
  • Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior of the property, including walkways, parking areas, and landscaping.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, wash windows, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: All weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Office building, commercial building, and resort.
