Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Building Handyperson. This role is essential in maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Work Environment

The position will be based in various settings including office buildings, commercial establishments, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs to building systems.
  • Manage rental listings and maintain accurate rent records.
  • Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee the work of other staff and assist in moving heavy items.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
