Employee Relations Specialist

Position Summary:
The Employee Relations Specialist – Investigations & Conflict Resolution will take charge of directing and overseeing the employee and labor relations strategies, with a particular emphasis on investigations and conflict resolution. This role involves executing comprehensive investigations, offering conflict resolution services, and working in conjunction with external legal advisors when required. Furthermore, you will evaluate investigation data and provide insights aimed at minimizing organizational risk. Your responsibilities will also include the development of employee relations processes, managing cases, and delivering compliance training to management.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in industrial relations, law, human resources, or a related discipline
- 10-15 years of experience in conducting workplace investigations
- Proficient conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with employment laws and human resources practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to handle intricate investigations with professionalism and confidentiality
