Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at RW&CO. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing top talent, as well as implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
    • Support the Store Manager in achieving company objectives and KPI goals
    • Recruit, train, and develop top talent
  • Merchandise and Store Operations
    • Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and profit growth
    • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and control
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI goals

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Education
    • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work weekends and evenings
