Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to store staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store staff, customers, and management.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
