Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Facilitate the flow of information within the clinic.
- Conduct patient interviews to gather medical histories.
- Manage incoming mail and electronic communications.
- Organize and confirm patient appointments.
- Complete insurance and other necessary claim documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review.
- Initiate and uphold confidential medical records.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
- Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong client focus and adaptability.
- Highly organized and a team player.
- Type: Permanent position.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
