Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Service Specialist to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations, providing customer training, and performing data collection activities at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform machine breakdown and repair activities at customer sites.
  • Implement territory work related to planning and execution of customer inventory projects.
  • Collect and verify inventory data at customer sites to ensure accurate information for the KeepStock implementation process.
  • Cover PTO for On-Site Service Representatives and perform route-based responsibilities as needed.
  • Handle escalations from OSRs, support system project implementation, and provide feedback to supervisors on OSR performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or a warehouse environment.
  • Experience handling technical and operational issues.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for transportation.
