Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in instructional design, adult education, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in both English and French is advantageous.
  • Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with learning authoring tools and software applications.
  • Capability to manage various projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Proficient in software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360.
  • Strong skills in computer applications, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
