English Teacher-Tutor Role at Oxford Learning

We are seeking a part-time English teacher-tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning. As an Interactive Coach, you will work directly with students to help them develop their English skills and build their confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels
  • Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grade 9 to Grade 12 curriculum
