Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS services, to provide expert-level support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Participate in the hiring process and mentor new team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
