**Key Responsibilities:**

Use groundbreaking technologies
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions
Interact with leading engineers around the world
Partner with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues
Drive customer communication during critical events
Drive projects that improve support-related processes

**Requirements:**

1+ years of software development or technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Fluency in Mandarin
1+ year of professional technical experience working within the Internet industries
