Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of culinary and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with our regional director to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and staffing plans to meet the needs of our business.
  • Ensure that all aspects of our restaurant's operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and that customer needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
