Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to determine labor costs and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
