Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Best Value Hotel LP No.1 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
