Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Staff Management

Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure that they meet the high standards expected of Domino's Pizza.

Operations Management

Plan and organize daily operations, including managing inventory, maintaining health and safety regulations, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week is required.
