Product Owner II

Le Product Owner II (KYC Product) est responsable de s'assurer que des équipes de développement ou plusieurs équipes de développement créent de la valeur pour l'organisation à travers la livraison de increments de produit axés sur le client. Cela implique de s'aligner avec d'autres Product Owners et des cadres supérieurs pour suivre une vision de produit, de créer et de maintenir un backlog de produit priorisé, de gérer les bloqueurs de livraison, d'évaluer continuellement les commentaires des clients. Le Product Owner II doit toujours considérer comment maximiser la valeur, évaluer comment le produit ou le processus de livraison peut être amélioré de manière continue, contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et s'assurer que le travail incarne les principes Agile de transparence, de collaboration et d'engagement. Ce rôle soutiendra principalement le produit KYC pour AMCB (États-Unis) bien qu'il puisse être basé au Canada.
Compétences et responsabilités- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie et la planification du produit KYC pour établir des priorités et faire progresser les changements.
- Responsable de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement du KYC pour permettre efficacement le programme KYC et créer, exécuter et évoluer les plans de route à long terme du produit/chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Contribuer à la santé du groupe de produits KYC, y compris les OKR, les mesures de maturité, les finances, la capacité, les KPI et les KRIs.
- Challenger les normes et fournir la direction stratégique requise pour les solutions de contrôle KYC qui répondent aux attentes réglementaires et offrent également l'expérience client et collègue de classe mondiale.
- Travailler avec des cadres supérieurs pour s'assurer que les capacités et les solutions de produit sont alignées avec les exigences et qu'une solution adaptée est conçue, avec le soutien de l'AVP, KYC Engineering.
- Mobiliser les équipes et s'assurer de l'alignement, gérer les interdépendances, prioriser avec d'autres partenaires pour atteindre la valeur.
- Alignement proactif à la stratégie des trois lignes de défense et construire des relations solides avec la conformité AML, les LOB, les autres fonctions de contrôle pour répondre aux attentes réglementaires.
- Soutenir tout examen réglementaire, audit ou autre contrôle pertinent et examen des produits KYC.
- Gouverner les services de fournisseur et les risques associés aux produits KYC.
- Expert en due diligence client AML/KYC (ACAMS ou CAMS certifié préféré)
- Certification Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (expérience en tant que Product Owner/Management ou expérience en livraison Agile)
- Supporter la vitesse, la simplicité et l'agilité dans la prise de décision et l'action
- Résolution de conflits, construction de partenariats et persévérance sous pression/crise
- Technologiquement avancé - expérience démontrée dans des projets techniques
- Expérience dans les portefeuilles clients et/ou commerciaux
