About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at LifeWorks. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that software and systems developed align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders
  • Ensure that the product meets the needs of our customers by defining and prioritizing backlog items and product features
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and define user requirements
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives with the product feature team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders regarding product-related issues

Requirements

  • College/University education in a field deemed relevant
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner and/or business analyst
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Excellent communication skills (oral or written) with external clients and internal team members at all levels
  • Able to understand business needs and identify the best way to respond to it
  • Detail-oriented and able to assess situations logically
