We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Market Lane Early Learning Centre. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Operations
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
  • Policy Development
    • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives.
    • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations for HR-related initiatives.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 HR staff members to ensure effective HR services delivery.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience in HR or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
