Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with physical disabilities or injuries. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify physical limitations and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to patients with physical disabilities or injuries.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Registered Physical Therapist license in the State of Massachusetts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of patient contact. The Physical Therapist will be required to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the day, with occasional lifting and bending. The work environment is quiet to moderate, with normal office working conditions.
