Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with various physical disabilities and injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Registered Physical Therapist license in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The Physical Therapist will be required to stand, walk, and move patients as needed. The work environment is quiet to moderate, with minimal noise levels.
