Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with physical disabilities or injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical limitations and develop treatment plans to address these limitations.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and manual therapy, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Registered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. The Physical Therapist will be required to stand, walk, and move around the hospital and treatment areas, and to lift and move patients as needed.
