Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PAM Systems Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in support of HashiCorp Vault and Linux system administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise-wide services in the IAM domain, primarily including secret management and privileged access management services.
  • Interface with RBC engineering teams to maintain and support secret management infrastructure and services under management.
  • Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis to in-scope systems, identify improvements, and drive to implementation.
  • Research and perform performance tuning to improve system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership on support duties and guarantee deliverables.
  • Document detailed support procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in support of HashiCorp Vault.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Linux system administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies, e.g. Kubernetes, OCP, PCF, Postman, Fusion API.
  • Experience in support of web applications, authentication methods, load balancers, SSL certificates, and Disaster Recovery concept.
  • Experience in installing, upgrading, and patching vendor products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team.
  • Display a strong sense of urgency, work with minimum supervision, and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.
