Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Systems Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting, managing, and administering RBC's PAM applications. As a subject matter expert, you will function independently, solve complex problems, and provide expert-level support to ensure the smooth operation of our PAM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage RBC's PAM applications, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues and improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
