Senior Director, Networking Solutions

The Senior Director, Networking Solutions will lead all aspects of Product Management for Enterprise Networking, including discovering market insights and formulating product strategy, articulating the product vision, developing requirements, guiding product development, and championing product commercialization. He/she will manage the Product Management team and will drive collaboration across all areas of the organization.
The Senior Director will also be involved in strategic activities including unique task forces, special assignments and strategic planning as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Product Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop product strategies to capitalize on them.
- Product Development and Launch: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including defining product requirements, developing product roadmaps, and managing product launches.
- Product Life-Cycle Management: Manage the entire product life cycle, from product development to product retirement, including product profitability, metrics and KPIs, and portfolio optimization.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage a team of product managers, and drive collaboration across all areas of the organization to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience: Proven track record of successful product line management (typically 10+ years).
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency across the entire Networking stack - physical layer, network, cloud software.
- Commercial Strategy and Leadership: Commercial strategy and leadership, including sales engagement, channel strategy and management.
- Marketing: Marketing expertise, including messaging, positioning, and marketing mix.
- Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of business issues impacting cost, revenue, and profitability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Direct industry experience in Mobile/Industrial/Enterprise Networking.
