Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Networking Solutions will lead all aspects of Product Management for Enterprise Networking, including discovering market insights and formulating product strategy, articulating the product vision, developing requirements, guiding product development, and championing product commercialization. He/she will manage the Product Management team and drive collaboration across all areas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market segmentation, needs definition, customer personas, and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy.
- Product Strategy: Develop product vision, value proposition, competitive strategy, pricing, and roadmap to drive business growth.
- Product Development: Lead new product planning and development, including requirements definition and prioritization, release and sprint planning, and market feedback.
- Product Launch: Develop messaging, launch planning, and readiness, as well as training programs to ensure successful product introduction.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product profitability, track and evaluate metrics and KPIs, and rationalize and optimize the product portfolio.
- Team Management: Allocate resources, manage personnel, and drive collaboration across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in product line management.
- Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
- Technical proficiency across the entire Networking stack.
- Commercial strategy and leadership experience.
- Marketing expertise, including messaging, positioning, and marketing mix.
- Business acumen and deep knowledge of cost, revenue, and profitability drivers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA desirable.
- Direct industry experience in Mobile/Industrial/Enterprise Networking.
