Unlock Your Potential as a Used Car Sales Manager
Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Eastern GTA Region Used Car Sales Department. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, directing, and leading all aspects of the sales team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and delivery
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to plan, modify, and review sales strategies and programs
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer and financial institution product offerings, promotions, and programs
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with provincial licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and satisfaction
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and OMVIC License (preferred)
