About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern GTA Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising, directing, and leading all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct sales staff to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
- Desk vehicle sales deals and work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify, and review current issues and programs
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer and financial institutions' current products, programs, promotions, and ensure staff understand factory programs
- Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
- Ensure compliance with provincial licensing and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities and effective negotiation skills
- Passion for customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Experience in auto sales preferred, with two years of management experience
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and OMVIC License preferred
