Sales Team Lead

Join Autovilla Car Sales Inc. as a Sales Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue, and work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of sales experience or equivalent.
As a Sales Supervisor at Autovilla Car Sales Inc., you will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. You will be required to work 32.5 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
