Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Talent Software Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and providing technical expertise to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical expertise to support business operations and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations role with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira.

• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data analytics tools.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of programming languages and data structures.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
