Job Summary

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Project Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the Rail industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment projects, identifying and acquiring top talent, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the Rail industry, leveraging a range of tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand job requirements and submit qualified candidates.
  • Document research methods and share best practices with the recruitment team.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database mining.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on niche roles in the Rail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and present compelling stories around data.
  • Experience working in large matrix organizations, with excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Bilingual French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with virtual teams.
  • Highly analytical, action-oriented, and detail-focused, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
