Your Responsibilities

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities across various store functions, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key duties include:

  • Fostering a high standard of customer service by upholding operational protocols. Clearly communicating updates and training Associates on service area policies.
  • Exhibiting strong planning and prioritization skills while guiding Associates in collaboration with management.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating the efficient movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and meets presentation standards.
  • Influencing sales trends by creating engaging displays in high-traffic areas, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic changes.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a knack for identifying customer and associate needs
  • Capability to establish and maintain an organized warehouse environment

Hourly compensation: $24.25 per hour*

  • This represents the anticipated hiring range and may not reflect the complete pay range for the position. The offered pay rate may exceed the posted range based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
