Job Summary

The Fashion Associate will provide exceptional customer service by processing and stocking all fashion merchandise and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and backroom area. This will be accomplished by adhering to merchandising standards, ensuring accurate modular integrity, and maintaining accurate signage in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the sales floor area clean and tidy for customers, including replenishing and merchandising seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
  • Merchandise non-modular fashion items in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as necessary.
  • Utilize proper signage as dictated by the modular system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
