Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategies: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
