We are seeking a Retail Store Leader for our The Shoe Co. brand who will exemplify excellence in customer service.
As a Retail Store Leader at The Shoe Co. , you will report directly to the District Manager and oversee the store environment, promoting inclusivity and building diverse customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding the team to meet store goals, which encompass in-store sales, online orders, recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to solve problems, excel in a dynamic environment, lead a motivated team, and ensure operational excellence will be crucial to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Taking charge of maximizing store performance by consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Driving business success by exemplifying a shopping experience that promotes exceptional customer service, attractive merchandise displays, and operational integrity, fostering customer loyalty.
- Managing a well-run operation by adhering to company policies, procedures, loss prevention strategies, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Recruiting, managing, developing, and training passionate individuals who share a love for footwear.
- Achieving company goals and enhancing The Shoe Co. brand reputation by embodying our core values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, and Authenticity.
- Crafting and executing flexible business strategies to attain desired outcomes.
- Encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability within the store and district.
- Maintaining effective communication with Senior Operational Managers.
- Educational background: relevant post-secondary education.
- Minimum of 4 years in a progressive retail supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in high-volume retail environments.
- Energetic team player with strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proficient in computer applications, including email, MS Word, and Excel.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability for day shifts, closing shifts, and weekends.
- Willingness to travel within a designated area.
