Position Overview

***$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Eligible Candidates***

Shifts are from 6 AM to 6 PM in the Reflections Unit.

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a crucial role in addressing resident needs to ensure their ongoing comfort while delivering both direct and indirect supportive care. Our facility provides continuous coverage and emphasizes personalized attention within a welcoming, home-like environment.

Essential Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Current PA CNA Certification OR completion of a nursing aide course OR completion of a clinical medical assistant program OR completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN) OR relevant experience as a nursing assistant
  3. Current CPR/BLS certification or obtained within 3 months of employment
  4. CCM certification or obtained within 6 months of employment
  5. Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
  6. Capacity to meet the physical demands of the role
  7. Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in Med/Surg/Peds settings
  2. Background in Pediatric care
