Position Overview

***$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates***

Shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM in the Reflections Unit.

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing both direct and indirect supportive care, with a focus on prioritizing resident needs in a nurturing, home-like environment.

Essential Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Current PA CNA Certification or completion of a nursing aide course, clinical medical assistant program, or one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN), or relevant experience as a nursing assistant
  3. Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire
  4. CCM certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
  5. Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
  6. Capability to meet the physical demands of the role
  7. Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in Med/Surg/Peds settings
  2. Experience in Pediatric care
