Position Overview

$5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus Available for Eligible Candidates

Shift: 11p-7a -- every other weekend/holiday

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a crucial role in addressing resident needs to ensure their ongoing comfort while delivering both direct and indirect supportive care. Our facility provides 24/7 coverage and emphasizes personalized attention in a welcoming environment.

Essential Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Current PA CNA Certification OR completion of a nursing aide program OR completion of a clinical medical assistant course OR completion of one semester of nursing education (RN or LPN) OR relevant experience as a nursing assistant
  3. Current CPR/BLS certification or to be obtained within 3 months of hire
  4. CCM certification or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  5. Previous experience in Med/Surg/Peds (preferred)
  6. Previous Pediatric experience (preferred)
  7. Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
  8. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  9. Team-oriented mindset
