Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Oversee and guide junior staff members.
  • Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage contractual agreements.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Direct the creation of communication strategies.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order as needed.
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to appropriate contacts.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and various documents.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain a digital database.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
