We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at 10564745 CANADA INC. as a permanent full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
- Office Management
- Establish and maintain office routines and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze and interpret employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Compile and present data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supply Management
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Information Management
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and secure data storage.
- Communication
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines.
