MEDICARE STAFFING SOLUTION INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and statistical reports, to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, efficient, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.

  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
