**What you will be doing**:
- Coordinate monthly billing process including supporting internal finance with processing external fees for clients, assisting Advising Staff with drafting invoices, posting/issuing invoices, following up with clients on accounts receivables.
- Provide support to Advisors by conducting research and drafting client documents to support clients’ understanding compliance, legislation, and risks.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process (organize job postings, perform pre-screens, references, etc.).
- Support advisors on projects while providing updates to advisors and clients.
- Act as a liaison with our internal marketing to develop social media, newsletter, and podcast content.
- Perform data entry of information and data; re-organize and format data and spreadsheets.
- Proofread and finalize documents, reports, products, presentations, and packages for Advising Staff ensuring appropriate formatting, grammar, and spelling.
- Drafting various documents under the direction of the Advising Staff.
- Perform administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks to support the timely delivery of client advice, services, and products; including maintaining client database, coordinate meetings, maintaining internal tools, administer various client programs.
**What you need to succeed**:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, arts, accounting, political science, human resources, health and safety, training and/or adult learning.
- Minimum one-year experience working in a customer/client-facing or professional service role; with interest and ability to communicate, connect and care for all types of people; with the ability to understand and adapt to different behaviours and personalities.
- Ability to develop an understanding of Ontario Employment Law, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other applicable legislation/regulations.
- Strong analytical, critical inquiry/problem solving and mathematical reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated business writing skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, and productivity software.
- Excellent communication and customer/client relationship skills.
- Willingness to obtain education and relevant certifications such as Talent Acquisition, Workplace Investigations, etc. and designations such as CHRP, RPR, PCP, CRST, etc.
- Ability to occasionally attend client work locations.
