About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a skilled Structural Technician to join our team at the Dallas Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex structural issues on customer aircraft
  • Remove and install aircraft components as required
  • Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts
  • Perform minor structural repairs on composite components
  • Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures
Requirements
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair or modification
  • Sheet metal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling
  • Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
  • A Certification, or A & P Certificate or Repairman Certificate – (Commercial Only)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
